Pre-Departure Orientation

Pre-Departure Orientation is a mandatory event that each student must attend prior to their study abroad program. During the session topics about travel, required documents, health, safety, culture and academic requirements and responsibilities will be discussed. Orientation assists you in establishing realistic expectations of your study abroad experiences and know more about your responsibilities as a TAMIU student on a study abroad program. Students will also be informed of any pending paperwork that needs to be submitted.
